Mike Cowan - Jones
Mike is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Trainer
Qualifying in 1991 and training professionals since 2006. As Director of ARMS Rehab Limited, Mike delivers specialist training across the social care, education, and health sectors, as well as in partnership with universities nationwide.
Known for his fun, practical, and relevant delivery style, Mike is widely respected within the OT community. His background spans acquired brain injury, neurology, orthopaedics, paediatrics, mental health, dementia, and neurodiversity — the latter of which he also has lived experience.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes — all completed OT CPD courses come with a completion certificate and are designed to meet professional learning and development objectives for Occupational Therapists and Healthcare Professionals. Certificates of attendance are issued to all delegates who complete the full session.
Who delivers the training?
This training session is delivered by Mike Cowan-Jones, Director of ARMS Rehab Ltd. Mike is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and trainer with over 30 years in clinical and educational practice. His sessions are engaging and grounded in real-world experience.
Yes. While bookings are non-refundable, you can transfer to an alternative date for the same course (subject to availability). Requests must be made at least 14 days before your original course date.
We always aim to run courses as scheduled. However, OT CPD reserves the right to reschedule a course if minimum delegate numbers aren’t met or unforeseen circumstances occur. In this case, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a credit note valid for 12 months.
