The product was co-produced with his brother-in-law, a postural management specialist, following a direct request for a seating solution that could meet complex postural needs while also accommodating sensory and behavioural challenges.

He is known for taking on cases where conventional equipment falls short, working to understand the full context of an individual’s needs before developing a considered, functional solution. His focus is on delivering products that are robust, purposeful and designed around real clinical challenges rather than theoretical specifications.

Through Ophir Solutions, Randall combines hands-on manufacturing expertise with close collaboration alongside clinicians and care teams, ensuring that each development reflects frontline insight.
